About Arc Lodge Cattery

Dear our valued customer, 

It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to inform you of my decision to retire and, consequently, close Arc Lodge Cattery after 19 wonderful years in business.

I have truly cherished the opportunity to care for your beloved cats and build the relationships I have with you, my loyal customers. Your trust and support have meant the world to me and have been the most rewarding aspect of my career.

The official closing date for Arc Lodge Cattery will be Saturday, 10th January 2026.

Here are some important details regarding the closure:

• Final Bookings: We will stop accepting new bookings after 31st December 2025.
• Existing Bookings: All current bookings up to and including the closing date of 10th January 2026, will be honoured.
• Outstanding Balances: Please ensure any outstanding payments are settled by 7 days before checking in Date.
• Records: Upon request, we can provide you with copies of your cat's boarding and medical records to assist with their transition to a new cattery.
• Recommendations: While I am not affiliated with any other business, you may wish to check the local authority's website for licensed catteries for alternative local licensed providers. https://www.medway.gov.uk/directory/71/animal_licensing_register/category/333

I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for both you and your feline companions during this time.
