>>> Corona-virus Updates <<<
We are open to the public for pet boarding. We've had to make relatively a few changes to our procedures and ways of working to comply with social distancing, extra sanitation and maintaining safety and security.
We can look after your pet if you or someone in your household has Coronavirus symptoms, but we do need to know in advance so that we can follow a specific protocol for this. We can recommend a professional animal collection and delivery service if it is not appropriate for you to leave the house.
Please advise us in advance, if you have experienced quarantine in your household and if you have foreign destination travel plan.
Many of the changes are about getting all the required information ahead of time so that you must handle as little documentation and spend as little time in our reception as possible.
Our new booking method allows us to do for the most part of this by letting you manage your details electronically. If you have used our online contact form before you'll be familiar with the system or direct email but may not have realised how much information you can update for yourself.
Our opening hours have changed in winter month (November to March)
Monday – Friday: 8am – 10am and 3pm - 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 10am and 3pm - 5pm
Sunday 8am - 12noon
At Our Premises
The appointment you selected on booking confirmation allows you to add it to your calendar for easy reminders.
Upon arrival, ring our doorbell we will help you with the rest of the process by the door. If someone is already waiting, please wait outside with keeping social distances.
We take min £22.00 or 25% deposit payment at confirmed booking, then balance payment before arrival. Our new Worldpay online payment secure convenience with linked email.
Our daily charge includes every day your pet is with booked with us. Due to significant changes to our routine, but still offer discount for collection before 08:00am. We no longer accept bank transfer, cash and cheque payment.
We have implemented a contactless handover area near reception so that we can accept (and give back) your pets in a socially distanced way.
The only possessions we can currently accept with your pet are medications, food, only one hard wipeable toys and carriers for cats. We regret no soft toys (we will provide all these) for the foreseeable future and no access to the public beyond reception.
We are planning to re-establish and accommodate prospective client viewings again near futures. These are limited to a maximum of 2 adults only, with face coverings, and by prior appointment only.
Thank you for taking the time to read this document. If you have any questions and concern, please do get in touch.
Look forward to welcoming you soon.
