Data Protection Notice and Permission to hold contact details

for all clients of Arc Lodge Cattery

To comply with the current legislation on data protection we must tell you what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it and have your permission to retain it. We store data about clients to ensure that we can contact them by email, telephone or social media; 

v In an emergency 

v About their booking and reminders 

v General updates of their pet(s) Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business * except for the responding veterinary surgery as required by law. 

A. You may request to see all the personal data we hold on you (we are allowed 30 days to provide it). 

B. We only keep your data for the reasons outlined above. 

C. We destroy your data if we have had no contact with you for 5 years. 

D. For the smooth and efficient running of Arc Lodge Cattery we need to keep a record of:

a) Your name 

b) Your address 

c) Your landline and mobile telephone numbers 

d) Your email address

e) Contact details of another responsible person in case of emergency 

f) The details of your pet(s): 

g) The name and telephone number of your veterinary surgeon. 

h) Your pet(s) vaccination expiry dates, Fleas / worming treatment. 

i) If during the period of your pet staying with us, we are able to get any photos or videos of your pet(s) for our social network, our website www.Arc-Lodge.com. 

j) I give permission for photos or videos to be taken of my pet during boarding to be uploaded onto social media or used as advertising on our website. 

For us to be able to hold your records that are required to be kept on file we need your permission so please complete this form.
